Not able to generate an apk with Ionic in Visual Studio 2013.Error Command failed with exit code 1

I created an application using Ionic-Angularjs, and Visual Studio 13. I can run the application without issues on Ripple Nexus, But if I try to run it on the Device to generate the apk or in the Android Emulator I get this error:

Error   ... build.bat: Command failed with exit code 1. File: MDAVSCLI

How can I generate the apk using VS and avoid this error?
