after upgrading all of my packages, once I run gulp, this is what I am getting

what should I do ?
I was trying to start a new ionic app and got the same error. I guess you already have npm installed, but the Cordova CLI is not installed so I suggest you to install in the terminal by npm.
sudo npm install -g cordova
It worked for me, I hope it helps you.
This did not work for me I got a numerous of errors when I try to install cordova
For Example:
