I just started working on a project which requires me to implement Remote Desktop for which I searched around a while but all the materials I found dated back to 3-4 years when there weren't Web Technologies as good. I need some recent solution, preferably Purely web-based. The search for a VNC solution so far has led me to believe it can't be achieved without a VNC server running on the host machine(whose desktop needs to be controlled).
